DiskAid allows you to copy files onto your iPhone/iPod and treat it like a USB drive. It wont let you copy music or images so that they are accessible from your iPhone/iPod, but you can copy them to move them around to another computer. I like it - because it makes it so you need to carry one less device in your gadget bag.
Works for both Windows and Macs
